TheLawsonGroup Mediation Services was founded by attorney Ken Lawson J.D. to provide mediation services for resolution of highly technical issues, including real estate short sales, loan modifications, conflicts involving difficult issues or where the parties are geographically separated.

Ken Lawson, J.D. has practiced law and mediation for a total of 20 years. He obtained his doctor of law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1989. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals federal courts. His law experience includes creditors’ rights, creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, debtors’ rights in bankruptcy, consumer law, business bankruptcy, and business rescue and development.

Ken Lawson, J.D. provides business coaching for businesses in trouble and business start-ups.

Ken Lawson, J.D. has been practicing mediation and mediation training since 1999, and has developed training systems for churches, religious institutions, and law enforcement. Ken has a 13 year law enforcement background including state trooper and as a special agent for a drug enforcement agency.
